We understand that your designs are your most valuable asset. SSV Global operates under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Your tech packs, prototype photos, and material specifications are compartmentalized and only shared with personnel directly involved in your production line. We never showcase client designs in our public portfolio without explicit written consent.
3. How We Use Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your corporate information to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to:
- Provide accurate manufacturing quotes and lead times.
- Process international payments and draft official export documentation (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices).
- Comply with international shipping and customs regulations.
- Communicate crucial production milestones and tracking details.
4. Data Retention and Security
All digital communications and design files are routed through SSL-encrypted servers. B2B financial records and production data are retained only as long as legally required by Indian tax authorities and international trade compliance laws. Once the retention period expires, files are securely purged.
